I am very familiar with outsourcing, it is what many companies do these days.... Does anyone think HP makes their own equipment?

....and there's a thing called re-branding where a company buys a product from another manufacturer and places their name on it.... an example is Simplex & Honeywell where they bought all of their fire alarms systems from a company called Autocall and slapped their names on them. How do I know? I worked for Autocall back in the 70s & 80s.
