If true, how do you guys feel?

Put it this way I doubt anyone follows the company as closely as the collective efforts of this board. So now I ask you.

If this were true, how would this effect your opinions of the company? Would this please or upset you?

Unfortunately I know little to nothing about LW and his capacities at CYGX and could not offer an educated opinion. However if his main duty was to prepare financial statements and see to it that all 10 employee's get paid... then I would be thoroughly unmoved with this news and would probably assume it's a good thing. I didn't like the way he looked anyway. My .02.

I noticed in their filing that one of the reasons given for their late filing was different from most other late filing notices:

This is from their 5/1/06 notification of late filing:

The Registrant is unable to file its 10-Q for period ended March 31, 2006 in a timely manner because the Registrant is not able to complete its financial statements without unreasonable effort or expense.

This is from their 11/14/06 notification of late filing:

The registrant has not received from certain of its officers requisite approval to file the subject report due to reasons, the registrant believes, unrelated to the content of the subject report. The registrant anticipates receiving such approvals on or before November 20, 2006. Thus, the registrant has not yet been able to complete its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended September 30, 2006.
