Am I reading this right - this is $4m of cash for operations? I was wondering why they didn't raise more cash for cushion...if this is cash for VERB to use, then it is a very big positive as they won't be needing to raise more money any time soon, and it gives them plenty of breathing room in case no large deals come through right away. I'm still hoping for a nice MLM surprise, but if it doesn't come there won't be a big financing to worry about.

It should not result in a net increase in cash for VERB but simply reduces the outlay that AGP is making in the offering to Verb.
