Thank you, khenry, for your excellent work and keeping us all informed!
I think the Apple/Qualcomm headlines, with numbers like $1B and $9B and $27B, makes all of us feel warm and fuzzy. The fact that settlement occurred at the beginning of the jury trial, also, provides some insights into just how these business lawsuits tend to work out.

Thanks Khenry! So there is lots of discussion in the documents today and yesterday about damages amount. I wish I could remove the redaction in the opening brief of the defendants document against Dr Teece’s deposition... there is definitely a number we want for damages!
