You are correct.

But, some longs could see one possible exception: In 2017 (I think) LP PR'd that PFS endpoint threshold had been met and the OS endpoint threshold is expected to be met in several months. As a result, most investors based on that reported info was expecting top-line some time within the next 12 months. In this one particular case, I can see how investors concluded top-line was near.

But at present unless management says top-line is immanent, I will not put much faith in my or others' prediction.
