You mentioned that Kennestone was connected to Mayo Clinic. Mayo Clinic has a P1 Direct trial scheduled to begin... someday... with Dr. Quinones in brain metastases. Dr. Q is also on the SAB (scientific advisory board) for the DCVax-L trial. I suppose if strings were going to be pulled, Mayo or UCLA would be places it could potentially be done.
