welcome aboard Dr. Short and I couldn't agree more with your comments. The reason for the silence is simple - so undervalued they scoop as much as legally possible on the low. Then when ready they will PR and launch the PPS sky high. Got my 15.3m ready for a party once we cross .20 this year.
