L2 looks incredibly good and at the moment a big run could get triggered soon. Notice nobody is selling, because all shareholders understand what they own. The lack of volume is simply because of 2 things.

1 the company has not been issuing PRs and operating under the radar, someone with some experience on reading financials will understand the reason why they do this

2 because the inside ownership has grown. Insiders are still buying this up.

There seems to be no rush here, the company will do everything it needs to do now in order to be a mega success in the future. Their lack of PRs is not impeding their customer acquisitions.

Dr. Short says UCPA is a 101% sure thing, it’s only a matter of time

Side note* companies’ insiders are only allowed to purchase a certain percentage of the shares and they have almost reached that limit. In my eyes the clock is ticking here.
