AMFE is a non-SEC reporting Fatal Form 15 "dark" company. No reputable institutions invest in non-reporting 'dark' pennyscam tickers like AMFE.

AMFE is not an SEC reporting company. It filed a Fatal Form 15 deregistration and went dark as of 2015. It is no longer an SEC registrant and has no ability to report to the SEC anymore.

The SEC has nothing to do with AMFE anymore. AMFE cannot even post anything on EDGAR.

So 2019 fiscal year ends June 30th, right?. When would 2019 audited fins be due? It would seem if the 2018 audited continue to be pending, then we will be soon running into the same issue with 2019 as we are currently experiencing now.
