I NEED to "GUARANTEE NOTHING". Am INVESTED HERE because I BELIEVE the company WILL SUCCEED in getting ALL THE NEEDED PERMITS (more than one needed if one does their PROPER DD to know that). What other people do here is THEIR choice.

The DEIS is to be considered a very big MAJOR SUCCESSFUL MILESTONE. Need I mention others to you or are you on top on your DD ?????
AGAIN the "COMPANY PLAN" does MATTER MAJORLY as that is what one BASIS THEIR INVESTMENT DECISION ON in this company or any other.
