Pegs, DD has been posted here several times showing Coretec does not own or has any rights to the NDSU CHS patents. All the CHS IP belongs to NDSU as well as all the marketing rights. Coretec has been toast for the past year!

If any new agreement was made, the company would have been required to notify shareholders of that significant event. But that never happened, so Coretec has no CHS to market!

My advice to you is to stop wishing. These guys dropped the ball and left us still holding a bag of dog doo doo!

crtg.. Pegs, the chances of that happening is near ZERO, as what negotiating party would deal with a 7 day a Month man? After the "Escape" of our Ceo position to points unknown, those days have dwindled down to probably ZERO too! Kraft can't be taking a Vacation to celebrate a victory, for there is nothing in the Pot of long gone Gold anymore!

What a waste when so many Co's seemed to have sparked an interest in our CHS products! Hey, you can only beg so long before people get the idea that something is horribly wrong?

Was Kraft that desperate that he took our CEO position, or did he really think too much of himself? Who knows for sure? IMO... Pegs, you were always a breathe of fresh air as they say!! The best of everything? I hope you are having a nice Easter? TWA..
