a balance between,price to consumer,product availability,demand,cost to produce,this sector is no different than any others except its new,and still working out legel issues.Look at it this way,all the gas stations you see for example,and yet they continue to build more and more.The petroleum industry is NOT going to fail,sure there are bubbles,but it always finds
