hayn....dont give up hope yet...a lot of other smart people are looking at this bk closure... if they pull any funny stuff, they are going to slip up somewhere, just like this U-writers deal that was discovered not too long ago, and Bopfan will have a hearing on the April 22 docket...we will see where the loose thread starts to unravel, and who is holding this yarn...Lodas
