The CEO was able to bring his last company to the NASDAQ without a reverse so let’s stay optimistic.

It looks like the very first thing Mike D. did when he took over the entity that became NEO was to do a reverse split back in 2003. Not 100% sure but NEO was probably created by doing a reverse merger as well to fast track getting listed at all. Nothing wrong with that. But he has proven his willingness to go the RS route. Of course it was a long time ago and not sure of all the circumstances but obviously he's open to doing it.
