For starters they aquired HCFM which has 3 million in revenues and $500k EBIT which will be finalized this week. This acquisition will cut the bleeding for HYLK by 50%. They have also done cost cutting measures that will also help. They are looking at other acquisitions in the near future as well. The CEO of this company has experience taking a OTC to NASDAQ in his previous company NEO. No one knows if a RS and dilution will take place in the future but I believe we can’t get to $1 without any of that. I have 30k shares and at $1 I will sell half and let the rest ride
