I honestly don't know if they are restricted, or free trading but outside of lowering our market cap and O/S numbers, it probably doesn't matter.
Chances are the shares are in a few of the accounts that were taken over when Greg was ordered to forfeit his brokerage accounts so they aren't anything we've had to be worried about.
