That's the problem with not knowing what the shares are worth, or more importantly being able to show what XNRGI has them valued at.

If they show $0.00 and the dividend is 10% then every year he can pay us $0.00 and be within the bounds of the Class A stock rules.

After all 10% of 0 is 0. If this is the way it will be, we can count on no dividend until they IPO.
