Lawsuits over missed guidance? I seriously doubt it. Can't remember a Class Action filed over missed guidance.

I think the reason mgmt is so quiet and conservative is all of the class action ambulance chasers out there. Anything that can be misconstrued by these bottom feeders will result in a lawsuit.
