IDCC offered as evidence 180 Patents as being ESSENTIAL in the Delaware Action..The last Patent #7023835 was issued 4/4/06..IMO: IDCC has a right to add all the other pending Patents that subsequently have been Issued to date that they consider ESSENTIAL.

I suppose Nokia's answer will only apply to the patents it originally identified in the lawsuit.

But what happens to all the others that it didn't?

laranger: Apparantly that is not the case. In a footnote the judge stated that the number of patents at issue had now increased to 195.
