AMFE has seen better days. The rehashed excuses from CEO Roger of not performing basic financial requirements gets old to the point of being unbelievable. Why would OTC even consider uplisting a company like AMFE that cannot even meet the basic OTC requirements in the Pinks?

Ever wonder why CEO Roger didn't have FY 2015 Audited to complete the
3-year audit instead of 2018? What was the matter with FY 2015?

I’d like for Roger to address what specific steps he is taking as to avoid this in the future.

This is, as many have pointed out, an annual thing. Will we have to go through this ordeal every year? What will Roger do to avoid this in the future?
