Vance, what would be your argument in the class action lawsuit against Solaris Power Cells or PixelMags?;
People bought stock in a company that did not report financial statements for years. Buying SPCL stock was a blind investment. You cannot sue over a bad investment choice.
Many people bought SPCL stock and sold it higher than they bought it and made money. Those who held even after being told their stock would be revoked are owed nothing.
It would seem a class action lawsuit would be the last thing some certain unnamed corporate apologists would want. Makes you wonder why they continue trying to distract and delay with baseless speculation.
Is it too late to join the decathlon suit?
