No offense meant but if you don't believe that keep trading a few more years and we'll see if you don't change your opinion. My experience has been SEC is too busy or too apathetic to care about retail in small companies. Just my opinion but 40 years experience.
I do not see institutions trading at a modest pace so as not to shock the market as being "rigged." They are free to buy and sell in an open market at any pace they like. No?
