Bid is now 3.62. Should close sub-3.50 today. Clearly the direction is down. Fair value by my estimate is about $2.80. See ya all there before the Q1 report. After that we go sub-$2 is my guess.

Don't ya love how the share buyback has now apparently been stopped! What a joke of a company.

Think about this - 5 of the last 6 quarters have been terrible in terms of revenue and EPS. Used to be that the bad quarter was the oddball, now the good quarter is the oddball. Way to go Ferris!!!!!

And I still have about 200,000 to sell.

Ferris HAS NOT EVER tried to sell products to perspective customers in any serious way. He has not blanketed the country with salespeople. In FACT, he has taken the opposite approach which is "get some units in several of the big visible prestigious PDs and then set back and wait for the phone to ring with orders from all the other PDs."

VirTra was smart to get some great customer wins. But the approach they took to get those sales is EXACTLY what they should be replicating EVERYWHERE. These systems need to be SOLD.

Has a VirTra salesperson or rep or IC made a sales call on each of the 50 biggest PDs in the state where you live? No.

How many VirTra salespeople are making sales calls today? None is my guess.

How many independent sales rep firms has VirTra signed in the USA and how many are they grooming? None is my guess.

What is Ferris afraid of?

I suspect you are making assumptions, and these assumptions are not based on facts. My experience (which is not limited) in selling to local municipalities is that getting the order isn't the hard part. Getting the budget allocation is. Typically, he'd have to get a police chief or a sergeant in charge of training on board, and then get the city manager on board, and then, often, get the city council on board and get this appropriated in a budget. That process may take months, quarters, or even years. But that's also an assumption, and I prefer facts, not assumptions.
