Whenever I hear something about a California lawsuit related to Bill Delgado, I remember that it was filed by a company whose symbol was revoked, a company that has been sued countless times, a company's whose auditor has had SEC issues and State of California issues, a company whose CEO has been sued somewhere between 10-20 times and a company whose CEO has been sentenced to a jail sentence.
