The SECURITIES FRAUD will render this all NULL and VOID. The stock's destiny is suspension, 2 weeks non trading, and booted to the grey market with no bid and no ask displayed. Within a month of coming off suspension it will be in the trips. Management will be litigated and "some" criminally prosecuted, in my opinion.

This (post below) isn't TRUE anyway and is all NULL and VOID.
