Sorry, there has been no additional authorization for common shares. This filing was an 'amendment' to an already established Class B preferred shares. You will find the 'Amendment' word in the first sentence. Nice try though! Not one single common stock has been added to either the authorized or issued! Those are the facts. JMHO
