That is 100% wrong. The company had 10M preferred authorized and they designated them Class A preferreds and gave them to themselves. There were/are no more preferreds to "designate as Class B" by action of the BOD. They either issued unauthorized shares or they increased the authorized without authorization.

That's how these scams work....nothing but lies and misinformation.
