Haven’t let a single share go and have actually added as we have gone up. Added another 10k today at .33. I’m looking long term with this play. The DD is beyond soli(d).

Great Post, I’m with you brother!

Not selling, wanna read the acquisition info first. If it says what we all think it will day then yes $25- $50 is doable!

Great post smitter!

I'm with MWM and a few others; I haven't sold a share yet. The upside potential is too great and if it doesn't work out I can kick myself for not selling but I really don't think that time is now.

I want to see merger information, the first PR, financials, etc before making my sell decision. I think, even based on the $6-$9M revenue numbers we've seen on some of these websites would mean $.60 to $.90 fair value per share for CareClix. Add in the possibility that those numbers might be old, or a fraction of the true revenue and the fair value goes up higher.

I think we'll move from a period of undervaluation (now) to overvaluation, and that overvaluation, is where I plan to take some profits. Until then, it's making my account like nice!

Oh, and I definitely back up your sentiment about those private messaging goons. Stick to what you know best and don't fall for "the next great thing" without doing your own DD. Buy low, sell high!

Great post smitter. The old me would have sold a long time ago. Part of me still can't believe I've held with a sub penny average, but with all the DD why wouldn't I? I agree that we have some insiders or institutions buying. I think we will see that a lot more of that in the future. SOLI will be a life changer for some.

Well said, smitter. For me no question of selling shares at these levels without seeing more filings. Only regret I have at this time is that I did not act quickly to buy some cheaper shares.. by the time I had completed my DD, it had gone up. But its OK as I have averaged up all along..

Good advice for all smitter, Thanks.

For those who bought early you might want to write out an exit strategy but be warned, it will involve math.

Thanks Smitter. Great advice. Even though I didn’t get in at super low levels (ave pps is .129) all the money I invested here came from my SHMP profits so in essence I’m riding ‘free shares’. Since SHMP allowed me to pay off all my debt except the house I’m not as concerned about taking money off the table unless something totally crazy happens—I just don’t see that happening. This is a long term play for me and I can ride out bumps and dips along the way. Unfortunately I was able to put any in a Roth so I will need to stay strong until next March so I don’t have to pay 40% in short term capital gains. Although if it skyrocketed up to the teens I might just say ‘F’it’, sell everything, pay the 40% and take my couple million to some tropics island and retire early.

Hoping that with the uplisting, Form 211 and everything else coming we can avoid the standard OTC manipulation. Ideally the sponsoring MM sets a multiple dollar price to keep the bottom feeders and manipulators away. I just don’t see them being too successful trying to manipulate SOLI..,
