Hey Ted, I was making the same point. After paying SC for the acquisition, debt repayments, fees/expenses, I don’t think their will be much left over, leaving the company, tight for cash.

That really puts things in perspective... Nasdaq has set us back 2 years... even before nFüsz.

To think that people have been sitting, hoping, wishing for Nasdaq for so long.
