They do have a fraudster that likes to manipulate the stock's price...so I guess they have something. Until the SEC shuts down that illegal activity. Hopefully this week. Shut it down. Suspend it. Send it to the grey market. Litigate it. Disgorge the perps. Criminally prosecute the perps. GO USA!

HS, not sure what the emphasis on R&D line item is all about.

Not an accountant, so accountants are certainly free to correct me, but R&D is expensed as it occurs. What special treatment would SHMP receive for showing R&D as a separate line item?

It's not going to go to patent valuation. One could argue that everything SHMP does is R&D (pretty poor R&D if you ask me, considering SHMP either doesn't have or doesn't like whatever production numbers they managed to calculate).
