Shrimp is a necessity like passenger pigeons and whale meat.

When a “necessity” costs $6+ to grow in a warehouse, it is a luxury for those who desire it.

Oysters used to be so cheap, they were the workingman’s lunch. When oysters got scarce, peopke substituted. The world didn’t end.

SHMP will serve a niche market IF it ever sells shrimp.
