I don't think there's any solid evidence of any of that being done. As to date, my email to Desmond has yet to be answered. What concerned me the most was the PR stating that the merger has been signed, yet, when you call them, the answer is that it's pending DD. I don't think anyone has the names or offices of the attorneys hired.

But switching over to TA analysis, the sharky play never materialized, and all EMA short, medium, and long are all downward. MACD has crossed over to uptrend, but that's most likely just the recent buying due to the new lower price. Unless something significant materializes, I don't see this moving upwards on its own. I'd save my money and wait for something significant to materialize before buying in, or averaging down in my case.

what paperwork filed? I see no paper work that the merger has taken place.

And Ebay? yeah because ebay is posting all the Ecarfly cars. Oh yeah what Ecarfly cars? As far as I know Eautodrop isn't selling them either. I too sent emails inquiring about the cars and got no response. Reed calls and is told the will be delisted. Hmmm. that doesn't sound shady to me at all.

So from what I see, there are no ecarfly cars.

if a company is not conducting buisness. Is it a company you would want to invest money in? Think about that?

The pump faxes from ecarfly's Las vegas office stopped long ago.

Why are people still pumping this stock?
