The biggest thing to remember here is that buying ICNB outright will likely never be a play for any large company.
Most transactions imo will be piece meal acquisitions for companies that feel they can take a certain brand of ours and boost their dominance in an existing market or gain larger share in a new market.
I don’t think any company will come in a buy the entire ICNB structure because there are going to be tons of diverse products in our umbrella that will not fit the business model of any given company.
Best part about acquisitions is that they demand top dollar and will sell based on project future sales along with branding power.
This all equals a very hefty payday for the shareholders.
Best thing to do is take good profits and play with house money here, and always add on the dips when you know the company you hold is doing the right things.
