Exactly. I've traded a lot of other pre-market offerings on nasdaq. The trick is to buy as low as cost to those selling as possible, then the share price recovers after the market absorbs the dilution (usually overcorrects after it stops which is when I sell on short term plays). This is a long term for me. But I bought all in the 2.50s between 8-9am, because that is basically the cost for AGP. They will not sell below cost; I'm surprised it went that low--it usually does not go all the way down to cost. Maybe to encourage the volume needed. Those prices where a steal in my opinion, because it was lower than people participating in the offering.
