The original marker shareholders are the ones who's shares we're subject to the lockup. So about 13 million shares. Most of these shares are held by John Wilson, Ann Leen, and Juan Vera. I doubt we will see much selling but ultimately we never know. We will know right away as these sales will need to be reported to the SEC if they do indeed happen. There are some other folks out there who own shares, Malcom Brenner, Helen Heslop, BCM has some too I believe. I just don't see these entities letting go of their shares this early on. Again, we ultimately don't know what they do.
You are correct about the pancreatic trial. 10 patients as of December which increased to 30 at the end of February after the saw the initial readout in December. The trial was just changed to an active not recruiting status. Since it had an estimated enrollment of 45 patients the assumption is that that is what they ended up with. This is just an estimate so it doesn't necessarily mean they got the full 45 patient enrollment. Peter did say on the call that they were up to 30. I don't recall him mentioning 45. The 45 patients is an assumption people are making based on that estimated enrollment Target and the fact that they stopped recruiting. It is logical to assume that but we really won't know until we get an update straight from the company. The info on clinical trials.gov is not concrete. It's mostly estimates. Either way I don't see how anyone could believe the data is bad with that large and fast increase in enrollment. I believe the data will be very interesting but we will just have to wait and see.
