I hope Chanbond attorneys are reading this board: if Chanbond wins at trial, I hope they ask the judge for an injuction if the 13 appeal. By then, all of the other appeals - Cisco, Arris and RPX - should be exhausted. And at the same time they ask for an injunction, I hope they file suit against Cisco, Arris/CommScope, and the remaining ISPs here in the U.S. who are not mentioned in the current suit, and finally put an end to this madness.
Of course, I'll be an old woman by then and my eyesight will probably be so bad I won't be able to read the posts on the board or the Pacers. lol
