And all the packaging, and possibly testing is done in Malysia. Their only reason for listing on the NYSE is for insiders to sell stock to droids in the US. As far as I know, none of the profits of AMD come back to the US. It is a totally foreign company hoping to find a loophole in US laws.

AMD's largest shareholder by far is AXA, a European company that has 80m shares, or 20% of the float.

Heck AMD should have launched thier suite in Germany; AMD does not get it no U.S. judge would surrender U.S. justice to foriegn actions or regulations he/she would look like an idiot in front of the supremes.
