Nitpick—Sovaldi was actually the third HCV drug discovered by Pharmasset; the first was R7138 (licensed to Roche) and the second was PSI-7851. This is a nitpick because Sovaldi (a/k/a PSI-7977) was a single-isomer tweak of PSI-7851.
