Because he believes it is better for a triple zero stock to grow to a penny than a penny to crash to triple zero. Anyone who believes that he has learned from his mistakes, forgets that he tried this same stock swap stunt with NWA* 2-1/2 years ago. Shoot, he even used that same BS shareholder letter, with only minor changes.
UCP let their TV rights lapse on 'Lord Of Light' because it wouldn't work. Do you really believe that he can do anything with a TV series on a book that Universal backed away from?
