I think a check might reveal that the CEO stated that there were more people from Bayer in his facility then he had employees. Bayer owns Dr. scholls and currently has them up for sale along with their Animal Health Division and Copper Tone. "Stuff of legends" I'll bet. I think this, is all factual, if not please feel free to correct me. Have a nice night, and thanks for the update. Like I said, without this board we would know nothing. Yes the Company's strategy is nonsensical as always.

Great to hear from you again, Simpsonly. Understand totally why posts are infrequent here. Divulging anything of certain information on a message board is unwise and could only backfire. It serves no positive purpose or is going to change what is happening behind the scenes that are unknown to the stockholders. So I will assume on my own and in my opinion that deals once speculated that were in the making and now have failed were due to the same problems that I believe were and are responsible for this LOOOONG delay to USA FDA clearance and USA product roll out: Stubborn, demanding, hard headed upper management (CEO)!!!
