Upon my return to the foundational basics when Docket # 12499 “Needed” to be filed’ ... ? ... There are Three Extremely Relevant Document’s all filed “in support of” the actual process at hand ... All Three are Filed By WMI’s Court Approved “Restructuring Component” ... the 1st in 2009’, ... the 2nd in 2012’, ... and the 3rd in 2018’ ...

These three documents specifically submitted, tell the true process ... all of the rest of the misunderstandings, are mb generated with document related misunderstandings, word twists, wishful thinking, parroting, guessing, and a misguided belief that there ever was a 75/25 distribution ratio, to the end’ “all things of value” ... etc., etc., etc. ...
