Boring is better than panic. Not that this is going anywhere lower. LOL. However, you are correct. There isn't a court issue except Alessi hasn't scheduled anything. Why? Who knows. He doesn't answer shareholders and probably for good reason - but yes, we could be here a long time or he could update the courts tomorrow on a new hearing.
I've got nowhere to go and my money can sit forever here. No way I'm selling until either Alessi or someone else comes along.
