Yes it is. This seems to be a long term play.
One has to wonder why is this at a standstill. I don't believe it is a court issue.

It seems the ball is in Alessi's court for the next move. Why the delay?

Is Alessi waiting for the current debt holders to dump their shares first?

Is he busy with other projects?

Does he want a company lined up ready for the shell before advancing further?
