all i know so far is

-if somebody is increasing manufacturing capability ,
then somebody might have bigger orders pending .


as far as a buyout goes , it's still too early to even make a good guess .

Rrao -- Restricted stockholders can sell 10% of their shares each quarter and need to file with the SEC. The path through a buyout is more efficient. Considering that 80% of outstanding shares are held by insiders, it looks like a buy out offer is most likely IMHO.
