A company going dark would not bother to file an NT 10K-- they would simply let the deadline pass, and file nothing.
If you do some research on this, you will notice that most companies (by far) file a "NT" before going dark. Some companies even file one every quarter, for a while, because the rules require it. But most companies just file one.
Some companies don't even know beforehand that they are going dark. It just plays out this way. And I expect Solomon to fail.
