Agreed. A company going dark would not bother to file an NT 10K-- they would simply let the deadline pass, and file nothing. And there is absolutely no reason for a company going dark to name a new Board member. All signs point to a company that will continue to report. As you said, the lack of PR's and the weak CC's are nothing new. They have disappointed us in this area for years. Yet SIAF continues to file all required reports, on time, or at least within the automatic extension periods. I really understand the frustration, but there is no evidence of a company about to go dark.
