With your numbers this is very likely why Jason gagged TA. Looks like a pending R/S coming. Just the matter of when.

You failed to realize that in the 5.2 billion share number, the chinese shares are already accounted for. So you don't add. You either keep it the same or you subtract them when Jason wins his day in court....

3 billion share swing....

What you also fail to account for is if the price goes up and Jason doesn't have to issue shares at .002.

Why on earth would you add 1.5bn for the Chinese shares. They're already included in the OS. SMDH
