I did it months ago, so this is not 100% exact, but, I will try to do it now only using my memory.
As per the last documents filled, the O/S is about 5,2B. This still doesn't include big part of the second 500M issued to BC to pay the $125k note.
So suppose that with the 1B issued until now to BC, the O/S will be 5.5B.
Then add 1.5B to pay the rest of this note. You have 7B. Then add 1.5B from the Chinese shares. 8.5B.
Then add 1.2B from Jason. You already have 9.7B. Now add a $250k promissory note for Jason. At .002, it will be 125M shares, so 9.8B.
Add 166M shares to pay Araloc, plus interest, expenses, etc. You have 10B.
Add 15M shares at .002 to pay $30k to Jason. More a few millions that I don't remember now that he also got to pay his "services", I think it was around 60M shares. We have about 10.1B.
Add now about $860k plus interest to pay the other note from BC. Let's say $900k round numbers. At .002 = 450M shares. Let's round this to 10.5B.
Then more about $270k from that other toxic financier connected with USMJ. With interest will be around $300k. So at .002 add more 150M shares. You have now 10.65B.
Now add $3M to pay N8(looks like the deal will not go forward, but, we need to count with it). At .002 it is 1.5B shares. Now you have 12.15B shares.
Now add all the shares that were or will be issued to pay consultants, advisors, that idiot Matt, etc. Here we need to speculate, but, I think it will put the O/S at 13B.
Now let's assume that with all this dilution, almost sure the stock will drop to .001. Only the $3M to pay for N8 will be 3B shares instead of 1.5B. So this will put the O/S at 14.5B.
Now add some more debt notes, because it is sure that he is not making any money, and, he burns over $200k every 3 months, and, the O/S will easily pass 15B shares.
I was conservative with my 13B - 15B O/S calculation.
