It was not assigned to CREDITORS and you will never hear Eko Holdings say that. If they do it is false. Try calling the note holders and see what they say.
In fact one of the posters here. Visited HUGO before the move. He mentioned none of this. HUGO is a SCUM bag and will be dragged into court by note holders. Just watch. If fact they (note holders) are entertaining joining shareholders for a class action suit. Strength in numbers.
It is going to get real interesting here and YES HUGO SCREWED the shareholders.
