This is from Eko Holdings. the final answer ...

I am legal counsel to Eko Holdings, LLC. Your inquiry regarding Saavy Naturals has been forwarded to me for a response.
Saavy Naturals, Inc., a Nevada corporation, made an assignment for the benefit of its creditors in December 2018. Eko Holdings purchased some of the assets of Saavy Naturals, Inc., a Nevada corporation, from the assignee. Among the assets Eko Holdings purchased is the name “Saavy Naturals”. Eko Holdings did not merge with Saavy Naturals and did not assume any of Saavy Naturals’ obligations. Eko Holdings therefore has no obligations to Saavy Naturals’ creditors or shareholders.
You should address any further inquiries to Saavy Naturals, Inc.

So we can stop saying Hugo is screwing us. Seems o me after readin that that Hugo and Saavy are GONE. Yes, we lost, but not because he screwed us. Because he was a poor businessman and his company was apparently assigned to creditors in December 2018, and the name Saavy Naturals was sold off to EKO. But there is no merger, no positive, and nothing with Saavy left. Read it for yourselves, and decide what you think this means for TMXN. I assume that is why the factory closed. They went out of business. Again - read it yourselves and decide what you wish. I can't add to what the attorney says, and you now see the same thing I see. A response, but not the one any of us wanted.
WOW. Still digesting this. This one hurt. But now we know the truth.
Hope to see you guys on another stock, but not this one any more.
